£95million for Temple Quarter finally handed over to kickstart regeneration project
This funding will allow a project that has been stalled for 5 years to finally get started, and is being called Bristol’s ‘biggest ever regeneration project’. The development will see the creation of 10,000 new homes, offices, a conference centre, and a new University campus.

Work begins on plan for £17m investment in North Yorkshire

Renfrewshire Council will be submitting an £18m bid to turn a former police station and swimming baths into a community hub – which will include a swim centre, spa, fitness centre, and library.

Plans to close Cefn Primary School and Craig yr Hesg Primary School in Glyncoch, and create a new £15m one in Rhondda Cynon Taf, are likely to be approved by the council’s cabinet.
Plans to create new railway station in this area of Lancashire take step forward
While planning permission is still needed, the council is looking to start the process of finding a contractor for the project. The new station would be located on the north-west side of Preston between Lea Road and Sidgreaves Lane.

Dorset council has unveiled a £14.6m plan to expand the Dorset Innovation Park. The plan includes a new amenity hub, enhanced gate facilities, and two new buildings.
Exciting plans for new community centre in Derry approved by council
The planning committee for Derry City and Strabane District Council have approved the application for a community centre within Culmore County Park. The centre will have a social area, offices, changing rooms, toilets, stores, plant room, and meeting rooms.
